We utilize a highly-secure and reliable web-based data collection/retrieval, storage and transfer system. This is to assure our clients that  all documents are both protected and remains confidential.

All types of voice files/dictation run through our secure server which encrypts the flow between the client’s computer and our server. Files are protected by a 128-bit encryption SSL (secure sockets layer), preventing any form of tampering or accessing by other parties.

Passwords and usernames are also utilized by our specific employees to allow limited access to secure data.
